Think of this as your body doubling art group!
While a typical body doubling group might help with the executive fuctioning tasks of starting, focusing and finishing a project, this group is more like an accountability play group. I’ll be making art or doing something creative right alongside you. We’ll do a check in, drop our awareness into our bodies, create for a good solid hour and then have time to share what we made and/or our experience of that day’s group. This is a place to witness and be seen in our individual creative expressions of this human experience.
I might provide a prompt or intention. Maybe I’ll have a playlist. Perhaps I’ll bring a newly discovered art material to share or a new way to use a tool.
We’ll just play together and see what happens!
