  • Discern for good fit

    Some nuts and bolts about my practice:

    My “office” is hybrid, offering both virtual or in-person sessions (depending on your location) and available to all Washington state residences

    I am not paneled with any insurance company, however, you may be eligible for “out of network” benefits (call your insurance to find out!)

    The 60-minute session rate is $245, after a 60-minute initial intake at $300.

    New clients are required to commit to 12 weekly sessions, decreasing frequency after that can be discussed on a case-by-case basis

    Needs, progress, and goals will be re-evaluated at the end of the 12 weeks.

    Developing a creative practice is part of the therapeutic journey. “Homework” is given and encouraged to keep the themes from therapy alive during your week

    I have a “committed and consistent” policy which means that once we decide to work together, we will agree to “work” together regardless of whether you choose to attend the session or not. If you choose not to attend, you can ask for a “home study” which would be some kind of creative exercise in the place of attending your therapy session and will be discussed the following week at your next session.

    My current weekly availability is Tuesdays 11-6:30; Thursdays 10-5; and Fridays 10-3.

    Empowering neuro-atypical women (ADHD, autism, highly sensitive persons, sensory integration challenges - any or all of which may be diagnosed or undiagnosed)

    Cultivating and nurturing CREATIVE PRACTICE

    Help to heal and recover from emotional abuse and neglect, including support through high-conflict divorce

    Offer safe space to question authorities, traditional/societal standards, and/or organized religion

    Support for grieving profound loss of any kind

    My ideal client’s transformation often sounds something like this:

  • Schedule your consult call

    Let’s be real, you’ll probably read through the website a couple of times, read about the nuts and bolts of my practice while sipping a cold Kombucha. You’ll look for yourself in the words, knowing therapy is good for everyone, but wanting to find someone who truly “gets you” this time around.

    With a “hell yes” in your heart, schedule a consult video call with me below by clicking on the orange “SCHEDULE A CALL” button.

    Upon accepting the call, I will send you a pre-call questionnaire through the client portal, which you’ll fill out to give me a clue of why you are seeking counseling at this time. It will give us some talking points to dig deeper into while we’re chatting for 20 or so minutes.

  • Chat

    During the call we’ll get a sense for each other and whether it feels like we could work well together to get you to your version of freedom. If you’ve still got a “hell yes” then you’ll schedule your first and recurring weekly sessions. Before that initial session, you’ll fill out a longer-form questionnaire, along with all the practice paperwork.

    If you get an “actually no” after our chat, I will happily pass along a few referrals for other therapists who may be a better fit.
